The organisation aims to deliver packages around education that will lead to the protection of Māori language and culture, promotion of Māori knowledge, and the reinforcement of the status of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. The company directors are a blend of traditional and modern day. Moera Anderson is of Tainui, Ngati Maniapoto, Nga Puhi, and Ngati Porou descent, and has spent many years within the field of Māori Education. He is a well known and respected member of the Māori Community and is well versed in many disciplines of Māori Taonga.

Logan Anderson is of European descent, working in the field of academics. She has a MEd, BA, and Dip Tchg from Massey University and is currently studying for her PhD with Curtin University in Perth looking into matters of indigenous education. She has been strongly involved with indigenous peoples in recent years and has a strong teaching background.

Tika Management Ltd will tailor-make a legitimate and authentic Māori experience to suit your requirements around cultural practice and philosophies. The company offers as standard tikanga workshops, Marae experiences (noho), powhiri and wero, traditional weaponry, event management and planning, and Toi Māori (Māori Art).
